Roger West is looking for a Senior Client Partner to lead client relationships, drive strategic recommendations, and own projects from kickoff to results. You'll work alongside our creative, development, and marketing specialists to deliver work that makes a difference.

This is a senior contributor role. No direct reports. Just plenty of ownership, influence, and opportunities to make things happen.

What You'll Own

· Client Relationships & Growth

Build trusted client relationships, understand their business goals, lead strategic conversations, and identify opportunities to deliver more value. Turn those opportunities into recommendations, scopes, and actionable plans.

· Projects from Start to Finish

Lead website and marketing projects through planning, execution, and launch. Own timelines, budgets, approvals, and communication. Keep work moving, manage expectations, and address risks before they become problems.

· Marketing Strategy & Performance

Give ongoing/retainer programs direction, establish priorities, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements. Connect the work to client goals and ensure strategy translates into action.

· Quality & Accountability

Write clear briefs, coordinate specialists, review deliverables, and manage work requirements and budgets. Give the team the direction and information it needs to do excellent work.

Bring Some Marketing Chops, Too.

You have hands-on expertise in at least one marketing discipline: copywriting, content strategy, design, social media, email marketing, campaign management, analytics, or performance reporting.

You can produce meaningful work in your specialty, recognize quality, and connect the details to the bigger picture.

You also know how to put AI to work. Whether you're exploring ideas, analyzing information, refining content, or interpreting results, you use AI thoughtfully, verify its output, and protect client information.

What You'll Bring

• Experience leading agency client relationships and digital, creative, or marketing projects.
• Strategic thinking that connects client requests to business objectives.
• A track record of managing website projects and ongoing marketing programs.
• Confidence discussing scope, estimates, budgets, performance, and growth opportunities.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one marketing discipline, with work to show for it.
• Practical experience using AI to improve your workflow.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through, with the initiative to take ownership.
