Work Environment\n

This remote position allows mental health professionals to work from the comfort of their own homes while engaging with patients through virtual counseling sessions. Our work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some evening shifts required based on patient needs. We utilize various digital platforms and tools to maintain seamless communication with clients and collaborate effectively with our dedicated team, ensuring high-quality care at all times.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate the needs and objectives of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments along with evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions using techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy, focusing on individual client needs.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that provide support and encouragement to individuals working through their recovery journeys.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to patient care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when needed to support clients in substance-related emergencies, ensuring their immediate safety and wellbeing.

• Educate clients and their families about addiction recovery, coping strategies, and available community resources for ongoing support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on clients dealing with substance use disorders, ranging from those in early recovery to individuals struggling with long-term addiction. The diverse backgrounds of our clients include a wide range of demographics, allowing our counselors to build upon their skills while providing tailored interventions that cater to the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or a related field, with appropriate licensing (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) as required by Arizona state regulations.

• Proven experience providing both individual and group therapy within addiction treatment contexts.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
