What You'll Do

As a Commercial Plumbing Superintendent, you'll provide leadership and oversight for multiple commercial construction projects throughout the DFW metroplex by:

• Managing day-to-day plumbing operations across active job sites
• Planning manpower needs, schedules, and project execution strategies
• Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and installation requirements
• Ensuring work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable plumbing, fuel gas, and building codes
• Leading, mentoring, and developing foremen and field teams
• Collaborating with Project Managers, General Contractors, and company leadership to maintain project success
• Promoting quality workmanship, productivity, and jobsite safety

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (required)
• 7+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience as a Foreman, Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Domestic water systems
  • Sanitary sewer systems
  • Storm drainage systems
  • Fuel gas systems
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittals
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills

• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening following a conditional offer of employment.
