As a full-time Occupational Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in fostering student growth, independence, and participation throughout the academic year, from September 1, 2026, to June 3, 2027. With a focus on younger learners, you’ll have the chance to create meaningful interventions tailored to developmental needs, collaborating with a supportive team of educators and professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid OT license in the state of Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Expertise in serving elementary and/or early childhood populations
• Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work onsite full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Key Contributions:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ functional and developmental needs
• Collaborate with teachers, interventionists, and families to implement strategies that promote student success in school routines
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and progress updates
• Create and adapt programs to address sensory, fine motor, and daily living skills essential for academic participation
