Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

Design and implement personalized therapy programs tailored to patients' unique needs.
Work closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve therapeutic goals.
Document patient progress accurately and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Educate and support patients and their families to promote independence and improve quality of life.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Valid Occupational Therapist license in MN.
