TASK ORDER PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description:

Security Clearance:

• Active Secret

Education/ Certification Mandatory:

• Project Management certification, e.g., PMP or other equivalent nationally recognized certification.
• BS or BA degree, OR four (4) additional years of related experience in lieu of the degree.
• Copies of current certifications must be submitted with the resume.

Work Experience Mandatory:

• Five (5) years of project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in public and/or private-sector IT and/or consulting.
• Five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in public and/or private-sector IT and/or consulting.
• Experience managing large, complex task orders, coordinating scope, staffing, schedules, deliverables, training, reporting, invoicing coordination, and Government/customer interfaces.
• Must demonstrate recent and directly related experience relevant to the PWS.

Education/Certifications Nice To Have:

• Additional certifications relevant to IT service delivery, Agile, DevSecOps, testing, cybersecurity, ServiceNow, or quality management may strengthen the candidate profile, but are not expressly required for this labor category.

Work Experience Nice To Have:

• Preferred alignment includes DLA/DoD enterprise testing environments, BCAT programs, DoDI 5000/Adaptive Acquisition Framework, ServiceNow, Agile/DevSecOps, Section 508, automated testing, cybersecurity, cloud, API, database, audit, AI/GenAI, and digital transformation experience.

References/Certificates/Diplomas Required:

• YES for current certifications. Attachment 3 requires certification details and copies of certificates, security/background investigation information, and a signed Letter of Commitment. References and diploma copies are not specifically required by the RFQ.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Serve as Task Order Project Manager for this large, complex DLA testing-support task order.
• Manage scope, contractor staffing, schedules, task execution, onboarding/offboarding, training, reporting, and timely delivery of all required deliverables.
• Coordinate with the KO, COR, Government Task Order Managers, DLA management, PMOs, and customer representatives.
• Ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented accurately and on time.
• Coordinate monthly invoices and reporting with the COR, ensuring reports are reviewed/approved before invoicing.
• Prepare/manage the Monthly Progress Report, project plan and schedule, transition plan/activities, and In-Process Reviews.
• Manage risks, issues, corrective actions, resource allocation, and continuity of operations.
• Ensure Day-1 staffing readiness and compliance with personnel, security, certification, and reporting requirements.
