What You Will Do
As a member of the BOH team, you will be the heart of Chick-fil-A, ensuring that every meal is prepared with care and precision. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking our signature menu items with the highest standards of quality and food safety.
- Preparing orders quickly and accurately to ensure our customers receive hot and fresh food.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment care and dish management.
- Collaborating with the Front of House team to ensure a seamless experience for every guest.
- Maintaining safety standards to ensure a healthy environment for both our team and our guests.
