We are currently looking for talented professionals to join our team as: 26061006 - NYB - IAM/PAM Consultant (Hybrid NY) Location: New York English: Fully Fluent (Required) Spanish: Nice to Have We are looking for an experienced IAM/PAM professional to join a dynamic team and help drive identity and access management initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including CyberArk and other Secret Management tools. Identify opportunities to automate User Lifecycle processes (Joiners, Movers, and Leavers). Evaluate and implement new IAM technologies that create business value. Support application onboarding and rollout initiatives in collaboration with Business Analysts, Development, and Production Support teams. Partner with technical leads to ensure end‑to‑end solution design and delivery. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM‑related incidents and support requests. Support change and incident management processes. Coordinate Quarterly Access Certifications through SailPoint. Assist with audits by providing documentation, logs, and reporting. Handle user provisioning requests through ServiceNow and SailPoint. Collaborate closely with IT, HR, and business stakeholders to align IAM processes with organizational needs. Required Experience 3–4 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and/or Privileged Access Management (PAM). Hands‑on experience with CyberArk, SailPoint, ServiceNow, and Secret Management tools. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent attention to detail.
