Construction Laborers We are hiring dependable Construction Laborers to support a commercial project. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced construction environment and are ready to start immediately. Location: Ashland, VA Duration: 2-3 Month Assignment (potential go longer) Start Date: Immediate Key Responsibilities Assist skilled trades (electricians, low voltage techs, carpenters, etc.) on-site Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work area Move heavy materials and supplies throughout the job site Assist with basic installation tasks and general labor duties Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines Support daily construction operations as directed by supervisors Qualifications Previous construction or general labor experience (not required) Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions Bilingual OSHA certification is a plus but not required Schedule & Compensation Full‑time hours with potential overtime Competitive hourly pay Weekly pay available Talent Corps is an equal opportunity employer.
