Hofmann USA Dental, vision, life, accident, short‑term disability, and critical illness insurance 401(k) with a match after 1 year of service 80 hours of paid time off per 2000 hours worked Up to 13 paid holidays Pay increase after 1 and 2 years of service Employee discount program Referral program offering $50 to both employee and referral after 80 hours of work Schedule Day shift: 7:00 am – 5:40 pm Night shift: 7:30 pm – 6:10 am During training: 5 shifts of 8 hours per day for 2 weeks Post-training: 4 shifts of 10 hours per day each week Overtime shifts are allowed and encouraged Duties and Responsibilities Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies. Position parts and subassemblies using templates or measurements. Assemble components, inspecting connections for correct fit and fastening parts. Ensure adequate materials and supplies are available for operations. Adjust machine settings as needed for changeovers and varying production requirements. Work up to 10 hours per day in a stationary position on the ergonomically enhanced assembly line. Clean and maintain work area, equipment, and tools. Conduct periodic quality control checks and maintain quality standards. Essential Job Functions Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating problem‑solving and multitasking skills. Maintain a stationary position during a shift. Shift between upright and low stances as required. Reach overhead to perform job functions. Operate machinery to perform job functions. Move and transport up to 50 lbs unassisted. Required Experience Minimum 1 year of production, manufacturing, or assembly experience. High school diploma or GED.
