Whether serving residents in our elegant dining room, welcoming guests to the Bistro, supporting special events, or delivering personalized service in Luminations® (memory care), you'll bring The Sterling Touch® to every interaction. In this role, you will:Deliver attentive, personalized service to residents and guestsCreate a warm, welcoming dining atmosphereServe meals and beverages with professionalism and careSupport multiple dining venues and special eventsWork alongside culinary and hospitality teams to ensure an exceptional experienceBuild meaningful relationships with residents while enhancing their daily livesWe're looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and service. Preferred qualifications include:High School Diploma or GED, preferredPrevious serving or hospitality experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standardsA positive attitude and genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of othersAbility to read, write, and understand English in order to communicate effectively with residents, guests, supervisors, and team membersSufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms in order to use all kitchen equipment and utensils (e.g. knives, spoons, spatulas, tongs, slicers, etc.)This role requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds, and remaining active throughout the shift.At Grand Living, you'll be part of a team that is passionate about creating remarkable experiences for residents, families, and one another.
