Your work will directly support Towne’s mission to deliver consultative insurance solutions that strengthen long‑term partnerships and create real impact for the organizations we serve. We offer a hybrid work environment that balances flexibility with connection. The schedule is Mondaythrough Friday, 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m., allowing consistency while supporting work‑life balance. Responsibilities Manage complex commercial accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Partner closely with producers, carriers, and internal teams to deliver tailored commercial risk solutions. Ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance across every client interaction. Provide consultative insurance solutions that strengthen long‑term partnerships. Qualifications Active Property and Casualty license. At least five years of commercial lines experience. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to communicate with confidence and clarity in both written and verbal settings. Proficiency in Microsoft products and working knowledge of agency management systems; Applied Epic experience strongly preferred. Industry designations such as CIS, ACSR, or CISR are valued.
