CARET harnesses powerful and secure practice management, document automation, and payment processing to take firms, professionals, and their clients further.Our team-defined values guide how we show up for each other, for our partners, and for our customers:We succeed together.We embrace progress.We care big.We create space.OverviewThe Marketing Project Manager is responsible for managing the marketing engine—ensuring all campaigns, launches, and initiatives are delivered on time and aligned across teams.This role brings structure, visibility, and accountability to a fast-scaling marketing organization, enabling leadership to focus on strategy while ensuring flawless execution across concurrent initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Campaign ManagementOwn the marketing campaign calendar across all channels and teamsManage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines for all marketing initiativesCoordinate cross-functional projects including product launches, campaigns, and eventsEnsure alignment between Marketing, Product, Sales, and external partnersCross-Functional CoordinationAct as the central point of coordination across Growth, Product Marketing, and StrategyFacilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and stakeholder updatesProactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource gapsEvent & Launch ManagementManage logistics and timelines for marketing events and field initiativesSupport go-to-market execution for product and feature launchesEnsure all deliverables (content, assets, campaigns) are completed on scheduleProcess & Workflow OptimizationOwn and manage project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)Build and enforce standardized workflows, templates, and processesImprove team efficiency, visibility, and execution consistencyQualifications4–7 years of experience in marketing project management or program managementProven experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing initiativesStrong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira)Exceptional organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneouslyExperience in SaaS, B2B, or tech environments preferredBenefits:Flexible PTOMedical, Dental, Paid Sick Days, Vision, and Supplemental CoverageFlexible Spending AccountHealth Savings Account401(k) matchIf you are not sure that every qualification on the list above describes you exactly, we'd still love to hear from you!
