Claims Coordinator

Role Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to join our Claims department. This is an entry-level role with a structured development plan and a clear pathway to full-time employment. No prior claims experience is required we are looking for someone organized, reliable, and eager to grow within the claims function. Key Responsibilities Maintain the TPA action item tracker deadlines, owners, escalation thresholds, and status updates in real time Support biweekly TPA calls logging outcomes and sending agendas in advance Produce monthly claims trend reports covering frequency, severity, reserve movement, and open action items Flag reserve changes over threshold Our (FTE) benefits Competitive salary, equity, and role trajectory Comprehensive health benefits for you and your family 401(k) plan with company match Unlimited PTO Paid parental leave About Authentic Authentic builds the infrastructure that program insurance runs on.
