About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in driving the organization's most critical priorities. The successful candidate will be a key player in four main areas: driving cross-functional projects across product, data science, engineering, and go-to-market; owning the internal operating rhythm, including team syncs, OKR tracking, and decision documentation; leading administration functions across people, finance, and legal; and proactively identifying operational gaps to ensure seamless growth. This high-performance position demands an individual who is a force multiplier, operates with a proactive mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced, small team environment. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should be prepared to work in a dynamic, AI-native environment that is dedicated to transforming the consumer goods industry.
