Supply Chain Engineer

Payrate: $46.00 - $47.00/hr.


Position's Contributions to Work Group:

• This role is responsible for monitoring and managing a critical global supply chain across multiple facilities, identifying risks, setting priorities, and coordinating escalation as needed. The position plays a key role in supporting the growth of the After Treatment business by developing and maintaining comprehensive tracking, analytical, and visualization tools.
• The role partners closely with IT and cross functional teams to build data driven solutions using Microsoft tools and other platforms to provide real time visibility into supply chain status and needs. Insights from these tools are used to prioritize actions across facilities, direct support teams, and track progress, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to leadership.

Education & Experience Required:

• Years of experience: 2+ years
• Degree requirement: BA , Associates ok with 3+ years' experience

Top 3 Skills:

• Data analytics and supply chain and inventory processes knowledge and expertise
• Able to develop and design dashboards based on business needs
• Able to communicate with individuals from all levels of the organization

Additional Technical Skills:

• Power BI, Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, and related Microsoft platforms.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $46.00 - $47.00 /hr . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
