Our client, a respected and growing HVAC contractor serving the Main Line and surrounding areas, is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join their team. What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Service gas furnaces, heat pumps, central air conditioners, mini-splits, boilers, and related equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Accurately diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
• Explain repair recommendations and system performance to customers
• Complete service reports and work orders using mobile technology
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and manage truck inventory
• Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience servicing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• EPA Universal Certification preferred (Type II or Universal accepted)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions

Compensation & Benefits
