Responsibilities Provide evidence‑based ABA therapy to children and teens with autism spectrum disorder. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Collect and analyze data to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment accordingly. Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure fidelity of intervention delivery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. Qualifications Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. At least two years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum in a clinical or multidisciplinary setting (preferred). Demonstrated commitment to BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies. Benefits Competitive salary: $80,000–$99,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
