Accounts Payable Lead - Fast-Paced Healthcare Finance

Optima Medical in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our in-office finance team. The role focuses on processing credit card transactions, maintaining receipts, and supporting vendor payments in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. You will work with internal departments to obtain approvals, resolve discrepancies, and assist with invoices, ACH payments, and reporting.
