Construction Superintendent

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee daily onsite construction operations, subcontractors, scheduling, quality, safety, and project completion.

Responsibilities

Supervise all onsite construction activities and personnel from start to finish.
Coordinate subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, and municipal agencies.
Develop and maintain project schedules, sequencing, and recovery plans.
Monitor construction quality, budget, schedule, and contract requirements.
Conduct job walks, site meetings, inspections, and coordinate material deliveries.
Manage field construction documents and daily project reporting.
Coordinate punch-list completion and site demobilization.
Lead weekly safety meetings and maintain a safe, clean jobsite.
Ensure compliance with Cal-OSHA and company safety policies.
Maintain strong client relationships and resolve field issues efficiently.

Requirements

7+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience in the Bay Area.
Proven record of successful project completion.
Strong knowledge of construction plans, scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, PlanGrid, and Microsoft Project .
Valid California Driver’s License with clean DMV record.
Knowledge of Cal-OSHA requirements.
Current First Aid & CPR certification .
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
