Robert Half Legal is partnering with a boutique law firm in the loop who is looking to hire a Real Estate Paralegal with 2-5+ years of experience to support commercial real estate attorneys. The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will assist attorneys in handling a broad range of commercial real estate transactions in connection with acquisitions, leases, development projects, dispositions, and financing matters. This position is paying between $75-100K base salary plus an annual bonus. In addition, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package including: M/D/V, generous PTO, 401(k) + match, pre-tax commuter benefits, and more.
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update due diligence checklists
- Conduct comprehensive title and survey review
- Draft, review, and revise real estate transaction documents, including leases, loan documents, deeds, and related conveyance instruments
- Draft, review, and update organizational and entity governance documents
- Coordinate, organize, and compile signature pages for transaction closings
- Liaise directly with clients and third parties to manage due diligence, closing, and funding processes
- Record documents electronically and in paper form, as required
- Manage the preparation, assembly, and distribution of closing binders and other post-closing deliverables

- Bachelor Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Minimum of 2-5+ years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions
- Strong experience handling title, survey, and preparing closing documents
- Experience conducting due diligence for commercial real estate transactions
