The Senior Paralegal - Real Estate will support legal teams by managing real estate transactions, conducting due diligence, and preparing legal documents to ensure smooth operations and compliance within the legal department.

Description

• Coordinate and manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Conduct title and survey reviews, and resolve any issues that arise during the process.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, amendments, and closing documents.
• Assist in due diligence processes by gathering, organizing, and analyzing relevant documents.
• Communicate with internal teams, clients, and external parties to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of legal files and documents.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and the legal department as needed.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and industry regulations in all real estate matters.

Profile

A successful Senior Paralegal - Real Estate should have:

• Experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Knowledge of title and survey review processes.
• Strong ability to prepare and review legal documents.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external parties.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and industry regulations in real estate.
