Kraft Heinz in Fremont is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist to drive people initiatives at a 400-employee union manufacturing site. Onsite Monday–Friday, you’ll partner with leadership to shape talent pipelines, manage staffing, and advance culture and TPM improvement. You’ll lead relations with employees, ensure policy compliance, and use data to guide decisions, while supporting site leadership through change management and continuous improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
