Job Description: Conduct undercover evaluations from your home base. Take detailed notes in a professional manner. Stick to assignment guidelines and remain incognito. Provide honest, unbiased feedback for valued customers. Qualifications: Must be available to make/respond to calls and emails during regular business hours Monday through Friday, five days a week. Must have an environment with no background noises that can be heard over the phone. Must be comfortable using MS Word and MS Excel on Windows; Mac support is not provided. Must be able to navigate Word or Excel templates and report using these programs. Must possess strong computer skills, including typing, downloading files from email, and setting up folders. Must be a U.S. citizen living in the United States and provide a government‑issued ID (state ID card or U.S. passport); a copy of the Social Security Card will be required if hired.
