AmeriStaff is currently recruiting for a Team Lead with a company that makes materials enhancing the quality of life and located in Martinsville, VA. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills, effective communication, and forklift experience.
- Monday-Friday.
- 9:00am-5:00pm with some overtime.
- Pay: $22-$24 per hour.
- Fill in as needed to complete daily tasks.
- Handle time/attendance.
- Handle orientation of new hires (first day safety guidelines and getting their PPE). Publish
- Training the contractor team.
- Give direction to the team based off the number of employees and tasks required each day.
- Must have Forklift Experience.
- Must have one (1) year of experience in a Lead position.
- Ability to operate a computer.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
