JF Petroleum Group Authorized Service Contractor PositionThe JF Petroleum Group stands as a premier leader in the North American fueling infrastructure industry, offering comprehensive turn-key solutions for distribution, construction, and service needs. We serve a diverse clientele including retail fueling stations, commercial and government fleets, and emergency power customers.Responsible for the Authorized Service Contractor (ASC) Center's organization and inventory accuracy. The employee is responsible for the oversight of all parts receiving, as well as relieving inventory through the proper channels. Basic understanding of procedures to aid in customer service is necessary. Confirming that all warranty items are returned in a timely and orderly fashion is essential. In addition, branch level core reconciliation, warranty return, DOA (Dead on Arrival) parts returns, and management of several reports are a primary function of this position. Pay Range: $19-21/hr dependent on experience.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Receiving of stock and warranty return itemsLabeling and stocking processesIdentify discrepancies through the software versus what is physically availableValidate inventory, and redistribute service requestsManaging and shipping of warranty related requestsRelieve inventory through active transfers and RTV's (Return to Vendor)Keeping the warehouse and ASC Center clean and organizedShipping orders or inter office requests as neededConducting full physical counts of the ASC CenterBackfill other warehouse positions when requiredUpdate spreadsheets and shared files (Project Related)Travel to educate staff on proper processes and proceduresWork directly with the Warranty Administrator when billing issues ariseReport on warranty and core return statusesRequirements:Highschool Diploma or GED requiredBasic computer skillsPhysical Requirements: include occasional lifting/carrying of 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
