Content Manager The Content Manager is a versatile hands-on role for an experienced individual who understands and can command the power of engaging video and photography. With a compelling storytelling skillset, you'll be creating photo and video experiences as part of our brand strategy and global marketing efforts. With an ability to be both strategic and tactical, you'll work closely with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to produce impactful brand moments while guiding multiple projects from beginning to end, overcoming obstacles along the way with finesse. The Content Manager will set the standard and define/uphold the credibility of our global video and photography reputation, connecting powerful and engaging experiences to various audiences around the world. This role is housed in Bell's Fort Worth, TX headquarters.

What you'll be doing

• Manages projects ranging from executive interviews, internal and external video campaigns, and live webcasts to video shorts and everything in between.
• Works with the Integrated Marketing team to identify and oversee video and photography campaigns and projects, both strategically and tactically.
• Influences video and photography requests, filtering those to come to fruition by ensuring alignment to company strategic priorities over accommodating each and every request.
• Establishes and maintains video and photography guidelines in line with brand standards and manages their proper implementation globally by leading internal and external resources, providing consultation when needed, and setting and upholding budgets.
• Builds and manages production timelines, coordinates shoot schedules and serves as the point of contact for photo/video shoots from kickoff to wrap.
• Maintains content strategy alignment by ensuring content plans and production priorities align with active marketing campaigns and broader enterprise initiatives, keeping deliverables tied to business objectives.
• Brings brand narration and brand-journalism storytelling to life by translating creative briefs and scripts into compelling long- and short-form content that reflects the brand's voice, mission, and strategic direction.
• Handles video post-production by editing raw and proxy footage into finished sequences, managing transcoding, file compression, audio syncing, and overall workflow.
• Creates motion design work, including motion graphics and text effects, that stays consistent with brand style guidelines, with strong attention to visual polish and detail.
• Performs color correction through color grading on video and advanced photo editing/retouching to ensure a consistent, professional look across all deliverables.
• Carries out photo and footage capture duties as camera photographer for internal and external shoots, with a strong understanding of lighting and various studio setups.
• Manages project administration by tracking deliverables in a project management system, maintaining file storage and archiving, and upholding technical specs and system efficiencies.
• Achieves cross-platform repurposing by adapting finished content for multiple channels, social, web, email, podcasts, while staying current on platform trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Skills You Bring to This Role:

• 10+ years of experience with videography, photography, and/or other content post-production field.
• Bachelors degree in Video Production, Radio-TV-Film, Communications, Marketing or other related field.
• Ability to travel 15% of the time.
• Must be skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Media Encoder, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Davinci Resolve.
• Understanding of Canon Photography and Film equipment with comfort in learning and taking part in air-to-air footage capture.
• Must be willing to have flexible work hours and possibly work weekends.
• Must be able to lift and carry media equipment between 25 and 50 pounds.
• Portfolio strongly preferred.
