Service Representative/Courier 1

Labcorp

Labcorp seeks a Service Representative/Courier to pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens and lab supplies across assigned routes in Portland, Oregon. The role includes use of a company vehicle with optional personal use for $100 monthly.

Responsibilities

Retrieve, load, and transport medical specimens and materials per assigned routes and schedules
Maintain specimen integrity and proper handling throughout pickup and delivery
Deliver client supplies, reports, and documentation with accuracy and timeliness
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; report maintenance issues promptly
Record stop-level data using handheld devices and communicate route deviations to management

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with clean driving record; at least 21 years old
6 months to 1 year courier, specimen handling, or customer service experience
Healthcare, logistics, or transportation environment experience
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in mobile environment
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation accuracy skills
