Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to assess and understand patient histories and needs, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care.
• Manage clinical outcomes, addressing any outlier cases by consulting with fellow therapists to develop effective solutions and treatment plans.
• Optimize clinical workflows to enhance patient engagement, manage referrals, and streamline scheduling processes for maximum efficiency.
• Execute personalized therapy plans that may include early intervention strategies and same-day evaluations tailored to each patient's condition.
• Conduct meticulous evaluations and re-evaluations of patient progress, accurately interpreting results while maintaining compliance with Florida state licensure requirements.
• Perform thorough chart reviews and data collection to facilitate effective monitoring and continuity of care, while ensuring meticulous documentation of patient interactions and progress.

Qualifications

• Compensation is competitive, with a salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, dependent on experience and caseload.
