Job Title: Controls Operations Manager Location: Georgia & Alabama region. Candidates should be based in or open to travel across the territory as needed. About the Position This is an opportunity for an experienced Controls Operations Manager to take ownership of automation operations across Georgia and Alabama. The role will suit someone with a strong background in building automation systems, controls service, and project delivery, who can lead teams, improve processes, and support profitable growth. Job Responsibilities Lead controls operations across service and project teams Drive operational performance, safety, and customer satisfaction Improve processes, productivity, and team alignment Support revenue growth and margin performance across the region Work closely with sales, project teams, and senior leadership Mentor and develop technical teams while maintaining high standards of delivery Requirements 7+ years of experience in building automation / HVAC controls / BAS / BMS Leadership experience within controls service or project operations Strong knowledge of systems such as Niagara, Schneider, and/or Distech Proven ability to improve efficiency, team performance, and customer outcomes Comfortable travelling regionally and supporting field operations when needed Why Join This is a key leadership role within a growing business, offering the chance to shape regional operations, build strong teams, and make a visible impact on performance and growth.
