Job Summary and Responsibilities Position Summary: Participates as a member of the health care team, working with professional and non-professional staff and associated professionals in providing care which provides optimum home care and continuity of care to referred patients, addressing the age of the patients served. Minimum Qualifications Current CA Physical Therapy licensure BLS CPR certification (Must be through the American Heart Association) 1 year experience as a physical therapist Knowledge and ability to perform current physical therapy techniques Knowledge of physical therapy standards procedures and principles Ability to operate physical therapy equipment for patient care Ability to implement practical application of knowledge Ability to work independently and autonomously Ability to teach and instruct patients, caregivers and staff Preferred Qualifications 6 months to one year home health experience Location St. Elizabeth Community Hospital, Tehama County, California. 76-bed non-profit facility, trauma level III, comprehensive services.
