Principal NPD Engineer - CAE & Design Validation
GRN Fort Smith
GRN Fort Smith is seeking an experienced engineer to own component and subsystem design, perform CAE simulations, and lead tolerance stack-up analysis.
You will apply DFM/DFS, conduct verification/testing to DOE/AHRI/UL standards, and coordinate with sales, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure requirements are met. You will also write engineering documentation and report progress to project leads.
