Event Specialist

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Event Specialist to represent products and services during in-person promotional campaigns and support customer engagement initiatives. This position focuses on delivering informative product presentations, introducing promotional offerings, and creating positive interactions that strengthen brand awareness and generate customer interest. The ideal candidate is confident, adaptable, and comfortable communicating with individuals in a busy event environment. This role requires strong presentation skills, product knowledge, and the ability to engage prospective customers while contributing to promotional performance and customer acquisition objectives. Primary Responsibilities Represent assigned products and services during scheduled promotional events and marketing activities. Engage directly with attendees to introduce current offerings and promotional initiatives. Deliver clear and informative product presentations tailored to customer interests. Explain product features, service benefits, and relevant promotional details accurately. Conduct product demonstrations and provide practical information when applicable. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Generate customer interest through professional, face-to-face promotional conversations. Answer questions regarding product availability, specifications, and purchasing options. Support customer acquisition efforts through direct engagement and product education. Guide interested customers through available offerings and relevant next steps. Maintain familiarity with current campaigns, product updates, and promotional messaging. Ensure consistent brand representation throughout customer interactions. Assist with preparing promotional materials and product presentation areas. Monitor customer engagement and identify frequently asked questions or concerns. Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant observations to team members. Support the achievement of established promotional and customer engagement objectives. Coordinate with colleagues to maintain efficient daily event activities. Track customer interactions and promotional results when required. Participate in campaign briefings, product training, and team meetings. Follow established procedures for promotional activities and customer communication. Complete additional event promotion and customer engagement responsibilities as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in events, promotions, sales, marketing, retail, or another customer-facing environment preferred but not required. Strong verbal communication and presentation skills. Confident and professional approach to initiating customer conversations. Ability to explain product information and promotional details clearly. Friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor. Strong listening skills and ability to identify customer interests. Comfortable conducting product presentations and demonstrations. Ability to adapt communication styles to different customer audiences. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with a positive and dependable work ethic. Ability to manage multiple customer interactions in an active event environment. Willingness to learn new products, services, and promotional procedures.
