About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Investments to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's investment strategy, with a focus on open-air retail real estate. This role involves leading a team of investment professionals, managing the full investment lifecycle from sourcing to closing, and owning the deployment of discretionary fund capital. The SVP will be expected to have a proven track record in real estate investments, a deep understanding of fund economics, and the ability to structure and negotiate a variety of real estate transactions. Building and leveraging industry relationships to maximize deal opportunities is also a key aspect of the position. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in a relevant real estate investment role, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and a strong network of industry contacts. The role requires exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team. The ideal candidate will align with the company's key principles, which emphasize collaboration, service, and a culture of excellence. Responsibilities also include managing the investment team, setting and maintaining high standards, and ensuring the team is equipped to support the company's investment activities.
