About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Investments to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's investment strategy, with a focus on open-air retail real estate. This role involves leading a team of investment professionals, managing the full investment lifecycle from sourcing to closing, and owning the deployment of discretionary fund capital. The SVP will be expected to have a proven track record in real estate investments, a deep understanding of fund economics, and the ability to structure and negotiate a variety of real estate transactions. Building and leveraging industry relationships to maximize deal opportunities is also a key aspect of the position. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in a relevant real estate investment role, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and a strong network of industry contacts. The role requires exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team. The ideal candidate will align with the company's key principles, which emphasize collaboration, service, and a culture of excellence. Responsibilities also include managing the investment team, setting and maintaining high standards, and ensuring the team is equipped to support the company's investment activities. The position is pivotal in driving value at every stage of the investment process and requires a strategic, results-oriented professional with a passion for real estate investment.
