Last week, she saw 9 clients, had 1 no‑show, and spent 2 hours on admin and a check‑in with her manager. In total, she was paid for 12 hours of work—bringing her weekly effective rate per attended session to $93.30* *Weekly effective rate varies based on geo location, client caseload, no‑shows, cancellations under 48 hours and admin time. About the Role Deliver remote, evidence‑based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI. Maintain a caseload of 7‑20 attended ongoing therapy and consult sessions per week Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations Requirements Licensed in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults (18+) At least six months of teletherapy experience Available for 8‑24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions Available during regular business hours for a minimum of 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress Willingness to be trained in clinical assessment, differential diagnosis, and DSM-5 criteria for diagnostic evaluation Experience utilizing an electronic health/medical record system to document progress notes, treatment plans, etc. Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board What to Expect: Our Interview Process Application Review: We’ll promptly review your application to ensure you meet the minimum qualifications Recruiter Interview: 45-minute phone interview with one of our Clinical Recruiters Clinical Interview: 45-minute video interview with one of our Clinical Managers Offer: If all goes well, you’ll receive an offer to join our team!
