To support a growing recruiting practice, the part-time Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting for client accounts, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and source qualified candidates while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for client accounts, from intake through offer Partner directly with client hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes Source, screen, and present qualified candidates while managing candidate experience and communication Required qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in SaaS Experience supporting early-stage or scaling companies Familiarity with ATS platforms Experience hiring for both geographically specific locations and fully remote roles Strong sourcing skills and ability to work independently on multiple searches
