PrideStaff is assisting a West Palm Beach law firm with their immediate opening for a Bankruptcy Paralegal to join their expanding consumer bankruptcy division. The firm will consider hybrid or remote arrangements for candidates who can provide excellent remote work references. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH FLORIDA BANKRUPTCY PROCEDURES TO BE CONSIDERED!!

Compensation & Benefits

• ** Pay: ** $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year, DOE
• ** Benefits Once Perm: **

** Key Responsibilities **

• Organize and maintain all bankruptcy case files.
• Collect and manage client documentation.
• Prepare petitions and amended petitions.
• Draft motions, correspondence, and affidavits.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients, trustees, and the court.
• Maintain effective, professional communication with clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the attorney.

** Job Requirements **

• ** Experience: ** Minimum of one year of experience as a bankruptcy paralegal.
• ** Specialized Requirement: ** Must have specific experience with Florida bankruptcy procedures.
• ** Skills: ** Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a large caseload.
• ** Professional Traits: ** A sense of urgency, strong work ethic and a track record of dependable employment.
• ** Language: ** Bilingual skills are a plus.
