Status: Part-Time (15–20 hours/week) Location: Remote / Hybrid / On-site Reports To: Marketing Manager / Director of Sales Position Summary We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated Outbound Marketing & Outreach Specialist to drive lead generation and expand our brand presence. In this role, you will take the lead on identifying prospective clients, initiating cold/warm contact through email, phone, or digital channels, and nurturing leads into qualified opportunities. This is a focused, high-impact part-time role ideal for someone who excels at persistent follow-up, clear communication, and building early-stage pipeline opportunities. Key Responsibilities Research target markets, industries, and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) to build segmented, verified lead lists. Identify key decision-makers and maintain clean, organized prospect data within our CRM system. Plan and execute multi-touch outbound campaigns across cold/warm email sequences , phone calls , and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn). Personalize outreach templates to resonate with specific decision-makers while keeping messaging aligned with company brand standards. Conduct direct phone or digital follow-ups to re-engage past leads or open new conversations. Qualify inbound/outbound responses against target criteria (budget, timeline, authority, need). Schedule discovery calls or product presentations for senior account leads. Log all interactions, responses, and activity tracking in the CRM daily to maintain accurate pipeline metrics. 4. Performance & Messaging Optimization Monitor open rates, reply rates, and conversion metrics to refine subject lines, call scripts, and email copy. Provide weekly summary reports on outreach volume, engagement levels, and booked meetings. Qualifications & Core Competencies Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B outbound marketing, sales development (SDR/BDR), or lead generation. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills — able to write clear, persuasive, concise copy that cuts through inbox noise. Tech Capabilities: Familiarity with sales automation & outreach platforms (e.g., Pipedrive, Apollo, Outreach, or similar tools). Working knowledge of CRM management and data cleanliness best practices. Proficiency in list-building tools and basic web research. Work Style: High attention to detail, highly organized, and comfortable with independent time management in a targeted, metric-driven setting.
