Our technology starts with you.**OBJECTIVES**Consolidate and analyze revenue and orders trends**, support revenue targets achievement,Provide data analysis and reporting & represent to support decision making, business process innovation, coordination and consolidation of business central tasks.Manage sales KPI (deployment, monitoring, analysis, definition of billing risk and opportunity)**Business management*** **Identify trends, areas of excellence / improvement through business data driven analytics**, to support management team in decision making and strategy definition and execution (pricing, backlog loading, allocation, incentive program & campaign, stock mgmt.)* **Collect all sales units' forecasts, assess and consolidate them** to liaise with the Demand Planning team* **Monitor direct and distribution sales** through appropriate reports (update and maintenance) observing business performance and stock* **Consolidate the 3YP budget**, monitors execution vs CORA, generate material to update on quarterly closing (Business Intelligence)* **Coordinate backlog-gap closing actions** with Sales Units* **Support HR and Sales Managers** to manage the Sales Incentives* **Manages Regional Allocation** in close collaboration with Regional Marketing and Sales Units* **Collaborate with GSM Central Functions and Sales Units to define and improve the business process methodology** ensuring adherence to the agreed procedures and policy deployment* **Contribute to define customer classification** with GSM Central Functions**-Support contract negotiations** managed by Sales Units (including Distribution programs), as needed**Operational Demand Management*** Manage **Operational Demand** through accurate monitoring of backlog updates and customers signals* Coordinates with Demand Planning to **ensure proper demand signal stitching between operational and tactical time horizo****Consolidate demand for collaborative customers** with multiple locations and business models (OEM, EMS, Distributors)**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES*** Experienced operations professional with 10+ years of experience and deep expertise in sales processes, demand planning, and supply chain management.* Experienced operations professional with deep expertise in sales processes and demand and supply management* Strong understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices, with the ability to support efficient planning, coordination, and execution across the value chain.* Collaborative partner with business operations, sales, finance, divisions, and supply chain teams.* Strong communication skills* Problem solving skillsAt STMicroelectronics, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.The base annual salary range for this role is between $132,100 - $166,00 USDST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
