Job DescriptionJob Description·Job SummaryInventory ManagementOrder on par for breakfast items, paper products, laundry chemicals, and in-room amenity supplies. Over time, overseeing linen inventories.On-call status shared with General Manager.Scheduling all staff successfully; attention to maximizing staff satisfaction and organization while minimizing errors.Group SalesCommunication with group coordinators to negotiate pricing, discuss additional booking incentives offered by Country Inn River Falls, and execute group set-up within PMS.Inspect rooms and insure cleanliness and maintenance goals are met.· Maintain, evaluate, and motivate staff with General ManagerExpectations· A minimum of two scheduled shifts covering the desk, May – October· A minimum of four scheduled shifts covering the desk, November – April· Management of daily hotel operations· Management of hotel personnelo On call statuso Shift coverageo Training new hireso New hire paperworko Hiring and terminating of personnelBenefits· Annual salary· 80 hours paid time off annually.
