Payroll & HR Generalist Sebastopol, CA - Onsite Salary: $70,000–$90,000 DOE Join a well-established consumer products company with a long-standing reputation for quality, sustainability, and innovation. We are seeking a Payroll & HR Generalist to oversee payroll operations while providing day-to-day human resources support in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process accurate, timely payroll using Paycom while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Administer employee benefits, maintain HRIS records, manage timekeeping, and coordinate workers' compensation claims. Support onboarding, new hire orientation, employee records management, compliance reporting, and HR administrative functions. Reconcile payroll accounts, prepare payroll reports, assist Accounting with payroll-related transactions, and maintain accurate documentation. Respond to employee payroll and HR inquiries, partner with managers, and help improve payroll and HR processes. Qualifications 3+ years of payroll experience with knowledge of payroll laws and tax requirements. HR certification or related HR experience preferred. Experience with Paycom or another HRIS/payroll system. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
