Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.Shiloh Benefits:Insurance benefits include health, dental, vision, life, accident, and critical illness.403(b) retirement plan with matchPaid time offPersonal leave10% off tuition at CCU for their online programsClassPass Membership - A wellness benefit providing access to a variety of fitness classes, gyms, and wellness experiences to support your health and well-beingBonusesFlexibilityGrowth opportunities are available throughout the agency as we love to promote from within!Schedule:Hours will be worked Monday through Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.Schedule is flexible.Responsibilities:Schedule and transport clients to medical, dental, vision, psychiatric, and court appointments.Maintain accurate medical charts, rosters, and reports in compliance with state standards.Document all medical appointments, injuries, and follow-up care.Ensure timely scheduling of initial and follow-up medical appointments.Coordinate and support psychiatric care, including obtaining necessary documentation and approvals.Ensure youth have adequate and accurate medication by managing prescriptions, refills, and medication records.Monitor and address medical requests, medication changes, and errors while ensuring proper documentation.Communicate medical updates and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.Maintain compliance with medical consent requirements, state regulations, and agency policies.RequirementsMust be a High School graduateMust have good problem solving skillsMust have excellent organizational skillsMust be at least 23 years of ageMust have basic computer knowledgeMust be flexible to travel between multiple campuses when neededExperience working with youth diagnosed with mental illnessSome medical background is a plusMust have a valid Colorado driver's license or the ability to obtain one with a clean motor vehicle recordApplicants must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening as a condition of employment, in accordance with Colorado Department of Human Services regulations for child care facilities. This screening includes state criminal background checks, fingerprinting, sex offender registry searches, and abuse and neglect clearances. If the applicant has lived in any other state within the past five years, equivalent background and abuse/neglect checks from those states will also be conducted. In addition, all direct care applicants are required to complete a health evaluation or physical prior to beginning service to confirm they are fit for duty.Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
