Our client is looking for a Senior Manager – Business Analyst to drive AI-enabled solutions and digital transformation within patient and site engagement initiatives.

This role plays a critical part in delivering innovative, data-driven products that enhance clinical trial efficiency, improve patient engagement, and optimize site experience. The ideal candidate will combine business analysis expertise with strong product ownership and a passion for leveraging AI and analytics to solve complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Product Delivery & Business Analysis

• Act as a product-facing business analyst, supporting delivery across key initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and solve complex business problems using data-first and AI-driven approaches.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize backlog items in alignment with business value and strategic objectives.
• Facilitate ongoing refinement sessions to ensure clarity and readiness of development work.

AI, Data & Digital Innovation

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and analytics to improve patient engagement, enrollment, and site performance.
• Contribute to the design and prototyping of digital solutions using tools such as Python, Figma, and GenAI technologies.
• Analyze data using SQL and other tools to uncover trends, insights, and improvement areas.
• Support the evolution of solutions from insights-driven reporting to predictive and intelligent capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with product teams, clinical operations, patient experience teams, and external partners to deliver solutions end-to-end.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and long-term value.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external vendors or innovation partners.

Execution & Value Realization

• Coordinate testing, validation, and release activities to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Develop business cases that clearly articulate the value and impact of proposed solutions.
• Track performance using KPIs such as adoption rates, efficiency gains, and quality outcomes.
• Ensure solutions deliver measurable improvements aligned with business and patient needs.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Promote a culture of experimentation, agility, and continuous learning.
• Gather feedback and insights to drive ongoing enhancements and product evolution.
• Enable personalized and data-driven user experiences across multiple channels.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure solutions comply with data privacy, security, and responsible AI standards.
• Maintain alignment with enterprise data platforms and governance frameworks.
• Support risk, compliance, and continuity requirements for critical systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or product analysis within healthcare, pharma, or clinical research environments.
• Strong experience in Agile methodologies, requirements gathering, and process modeling.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Python, Figma, and GenAI platforms.
• Experience working with AI/ML, automation, or advanced analytics solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional delivery environments is a plus.
