A global organization is seeking a senior legal leader to oversee all legal matters across a US region, with responsibility for commercial support, global litigation strategy, and legal team leadership. Key Focus:- Partner cross-functionally on commercial transactions, including licensing and strategic agreements
- Lead all US legal matters and advise senior stakeholders
- Drive and manage global litigation strategy and complex disputes
- Lead and develop a US legal team
- 10+ years' experience
- Strong litigation background alongside broad commercial experience
- Proven team leadership
