Financial Aid Training Specialist

To enhance training effectiveness and operational compliance, the full-time Financial Aid Training Specialist will develop and deliver training programs for Financial Aid staff, ensuring alignment with federal regulations and institutional policies in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver onboarding and continuing education programs for Financial Aid staff Collaborate with operational teams to ensure training reflects current practices and regulatory requirements Maintain and update training materials, job aids, and documentation to support staff development and compliance readiness Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in education, higher education administration, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience Three or more years of experience in Title IV financial aid administration with a focus on federal regulations Experience in developing and delivering training for adult learners Ability to translate complex regulations into clear training materials Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
