Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances located in Plano, TX. The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to the production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the weekly CPFR process with key accounts
• Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sellout units
• Ensure Order Management accuracy in the ERP system SAP
• Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas
• Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations
• Manage and measure supply chain processes, including channel risk and shipping performance
• Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building internally and externally
• Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications.
• Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements and material priorities.
• Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
• Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analysis, or a business-related field
• 1+ years of work experience
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials.
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company
• Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects
• Review detailed product development, marketing documents, and media materials
• Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.
• The ability to develop tasks and work assignments, based on sometimes vaguely defined objectives
