Supply Chain Finance Manager - Strategic Investments

Summary Strategic, analytically driven finance leader responsible for evaluating and shaping capital deployment across the supply chain network. Own end-to-end financial evaluation of strategic investments, build driver-based models and scenario analyses, and translate results into executive-ready recommendations. Hybrid role based in downtown Seattle with significant cross-functional partnership and team leadership responsibilities. Responsibilities Lead financial evaluation of supply chain strategic investments and network optimization from opportunity identification through post-investment performance tracking. Develop driver-based financial models and scenario analyses to frame trade-offs and inform senior leadership decisions. Build and maintain long-term strategic business models and projections, surfacing ROI risks and investment trends. Deliver operating cadences for diagnosis, scenario modeling, leadership alignment, and performance reporting to ensure transparency and accountability. Design financial governance frameworks for transformational investments to ensure disciplined capital allocation and measurable outcomes. Partner with Supply Chain, Technology, and Engineering stakeholders to translate findings into cross-functional alignment. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of individual contributors through clear direction and prioritization. Requirements 5-7 years of progressive finance or economics experience with demonstrated ability to influence senior‑level outcomes. 3-5+ years of supply chain finance or operations experience. Proven track record building scalable, driver‑based financial models and conducting scenario analyses in complex environments. 3+ years of people management experience and strong executive presence to influence across functions and levels. Ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, executive‑ready narratives. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including complex formulas and data aggregation.
