IT Testing Engineer

Salary: $70,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 5 years of experience in software testing.
• We look for exposure to MMIS or healthcare environments.
• We need strong hands-on experience in functional and web UI testing.
• We expect a bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.

• We gather requirements and test scenarios from the development team, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
• We work closely with the project management team during the design phase.
• We prepare detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• We perform hands-on functional and web UI testing.
• We create and maintain test scripts, plans, and cases.
• We conduct regression, post-release, and UAT testing.
• We identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• We collaborate with developers to ensure the software aligns with business needs.
• We execute SQL queries for bulk test data and update data as needed.
• We carry out component and endurance testing for new API services, as well as load testing for end-to-end web applications.
• We use ADO and JIRA to manage defects.
• We develop, update, and maintain quality testing standards and procedures.
• We follow standard testing methodology frameworks.
• We determine and meet time estimates and schedules for testing activities.
• We prepare defect status reports and daily or weekly status updates.
