AV-rated multi‑specialty Plaintiff’s firm is looking for Intake Team members who can talk with potential clients who contact the firm, assist in the signup process, and onboard new clients. Requirements & Qualifications Must be fluent in a second language: Spanish and Creole are a huge plus Enjoy speaking to people Ability to connect and empathize with others Passion to help those who have been injured by others Meticulous with accuracy and details Empathetic, professional and courteous phone communication Keen attention to details in the collection of information Meticulous and conscientious in work product Impeccable attendance history Dependable team player Ability to work a flexible 8‑hr shift between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Responsibilities Take inbound calls from those looking for legal help Qualify leads across all practice areas, based on pre‑established criteria Sign up new clients Open new client matters in the case management system Obtain necessary documents from new clients Benefits Benefit package for full‑time staff members includes Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Aflac, TeleDoc, and 401(k).
