The team lead must have: The motivation and leadership skill to represent the Gordon Ramsay Brand and its world class hospitality standards Previous experience as a team lead within a casual dining restaurant A keen eye for detail to ensure delivery of the Fish & Chips Brand standards and the highest levels of food quality at all times A proven track record of recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining a high performing kitchen team A strong personality, with confidence and enthusiasm to lead the team in the day to day running of the kitchen Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written – to ensure clear communication with all stakeholders Ability to multitask and effectively manage relationships at all levels Key Accountabilities: Be responsible for effective execution of all orders, whilst ensuring consistent presentation and guestsatisfaction in a lively restaurant and bar, interacting with guests and making each visit a memorable one!
